“ I wanted to take my young daughter to place that wasn't fast food. I am so grateful I found this place. It wasn't busy at the time. My daughter and I sat in a booth and enjoy a very good and enjoyable meal.. All the staff were fantastic. The music was at a nice level. Not over bearing. It kept with the diner theme. Older music from the era of diners . We most definitely will be back to try the desserts. Θα επιστρεψουμε για να γευτουμε το ραβανι. ”
“ We stopped by Port Hope Diner today for the first time and we absolutely loved the food , the ambiance and the amazing service by Petrice. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you for the great experience Port Hope Diner. 5 stars all across the board! ”
“ For a diner in a small town, this joint had a lot of character, and welcoming service! Our family stopped in en route to Toronto, and it was clean, kid-friendly, and also had a wide variety of comfort food (as well as breakfast items) for a good price. The portions were huge! And you must try their milk shakes: we had the Nutella specialty one and it was delicious! ”
“ Me and my family stopped here for a late lunch after spending time at the beach. We were so hungry and coming here was so worth it!! Food was great, specially the Pork Souvlaki and the strawbery milkshake!! Love it!!! and i also love that they have art activity for the kids. If this resto is in Toronto ill def will come and eat everyday. ”
“ Stopped in before going golfing! The food and service were AMAZING! Such a great experience. Will for sure be back :) ”
“ An amazing lunch there today. The burger was one of the best I have had in a long time. It was seasoned well, perfectly cooked and presented. This burger would satisfy anybody's appetite with 8 oz of meat, a generous slice of peameal bacon, good cheese and a fried egg. I also found the prices were very reasonable. The service was attentive and professional. Thank you! ”
“ First time going, only reason I went as I was told it was no longer a Wimpy’s restaurant. I was told that the burgers were the best and the fries were not frozen out of a bag, I had to see for myself. I ordered the Tex Mex burger (you will want to request extra napkins right off the hop). That was one of the Best burgers I have ever had. The fries were definitely homemade. Portions are big. After we ate we spoke to the cook who shared some history about the restaurant and the food. There is a lot of passion and thoughtfulness that goes into his food. I have already picked out what I will be having on next visit. ”
“ I have gone for breakfast and the food was really good! I called tonight looking for the dinner menu as I was looking in the wrong place. The staff on the phone were very friendly and walked me through how to find it. Gave me good recommendations and was very pleasant to speak to! This is a new hidden Gem in Port Hope! Good food is one thing but good service with even something as small as a phone order keeps people like myself coming back! :) 10/10! ”
